4Good Buy  Aug 07, 2008
It gets the job done, it's fast, and has many features, it was a gift to my husband and he is very happy with it

4Slick...  Mar 25, 2008
Good value for product, especially with Vista Ultimate. Slick but bulky and heavier than most laptops; not to lug around. The sound is good for this little box. It has all the goodies you generally want on a desktop.

4Toshiba Laptop Model F45-AV411 offered by Amazon.  Feb 13, 2008
As too the supplier, i.e., Amazon, I couldn't ask for better service. The shipping was free, and the price couldn't be matched. The only complaint I've got is that Toshiba Support does not offer most any support for the pre-installed Vista Ultimate operating system -- they simply direct me to Microsoft Support. Since this OS is an OEM version and not the Retail version, there is a $35 charge for support. This obviously sucks. Shame on you Toshiba for not training your Support team. This is my first laptop. I've built my own desktops for years, so this is my first experience with OEM operating systems. Next laptop bought will be one from a manufacturer whose technical support people are trained on the OEM Opersting System.

4Good, but could be better...  Feb 08, 2008
The machine is very good, but could be better...
Pros:
- Almost a complete machine
- The sound quality is very good
- Vista Ultimate + Windows Hold'em
Negs:
- The boot process is too slow
- It's a big notebook
- The brilliant cover shows any dirty or fingerprint
