 KEEP FAR AWAY Jul 25, 2008
bought this monitor six months ago. It stopped working two weeks ago. Samsung told me via phone that within 5-7 business days, I would received a refurbished replacement but when I called them today, I was told it was not shipped yet; it would take 7-14 business days and if I don't like the warranty policy I should not have bought the product. Well, as a computer technician I can tell you that if this was an HP product, I would have had a replacement in 24-48 hours. I will never order SAMSUNG again either for personal or business use. Asking a customer to wait 7-14 business days for a replacement of crucial hardware is unacceptable to me and it should be to you too.

I am pleased with every aspect of my new "SyncMaster 220wm" I find that with my MacBook the excellent display will allow me to dispense with my annoying tri-focal spectacles.
The colors are rich and glowing, my photographs have never looked better, I could not be better pleased.

I use Eye TV to download TV Programs and edit out commercials and other unwanted text. The width makes editing much easier. Text is clear and picture quality is very good.

Great value, excellent display Feb 18, 2008
Superb picture & color resolution. I used to downplay Samsung, but I must admit, this monitor is the shizzle! Built-in speakers are mediocre, but the resolution is fantastic. It was less expensive than comparable brands. So far so good!
